Wales will play two home matches (vs England and Ireland) and three away matches (vs Italy, Scotland and France) in the 2017 Six Nations Championship.

With three wins, one draw and one loss, Wales ended the 2016 Six Nations Championship as runners-up.

Wales Squad for 2017 Six Nations Announced

Wales head coach Rob Howley has announced a 36-man squad for the upcoming 2017 Six Nations. The squad includes seven uncapped players: Rory Thornton and Olly Cracknell (both Ospreys), Aled Davies and Steffan Evans (both Scarlets), Ashton Hewitt (Newport Gwent Dragons), Owen Williams (Leicester Tigers) and Thomas Young (Wasps). Alun Wyn Jones takes over as captain after Sam Warburton stepped down from the role.
