France team to face Italy in Six Nations

Fabien Galthie has named his France team for Sunday's Six Nations encounter with Italy at the Stade de France.

There is only one change from the starting XV that beat England 24-17 last weekend, with Arthur Vincent replacing the injured Virimi Vakatawa at outside centre.
