Italy have reunited their highly-regarded centre partnership of Juan Ignacio Brex and Tommaso Menoncello for Saturday’s Six Nations match against England in Rome.

Brex missed the defeats by Ireland and France because of personal reasons but now returns at inside centre for the sold-out clash at the Stadio Olimpico.

It is one of three changes made to the starting XV beaten 33-8 by France in round three.

Alessandro Garbisi joins his brother Paolo at half-back and Lorenzo Pani comes in at full-back for Ange Capuozzo, who has been ruled out for the rest of the championship by a shoulder injury.

Italy have never beaten England in 32 previous meetings and while they enter the game as marginal underdogs, they are seen as having their best chance yet of causing an upset in the fixture.
