Defending champions Wales will take on Italy at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday 1st February, in the opening fixture of the 2020 Six Nations Championship.

Wales battled to a 26-15 victory over the Azzurri during the 2019 Championship.

Wales and Italy have contested a total of 27 rugby test matches since their first meeting in 1994. Wales have won 24 of those matches, whilst Italy have won just two matches. There has also been one drawn match between the two nations.

Tickets for the Wales v Italy Six Nations match are expected to go on general sale at 11am on Friday 27th September, priced from £30 (Cat E) to £75 (Cat A). Tickets will be sold via the WRU's Official Online Ticket Office (powered by Ticketmaster).
